At our family ranch, we believe in raising only the healthiest, highest-quality beef. Our Corriente cattle enjoy grazing in large pastures in the High Plains – and we never use hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The result: lean, grass-fed beef that is naturally low in cholesterol and calories.

On The Hoof

This is one of the best deals we offer. When you purchase beef “on the hoof,” you receive all cuts of meat from the cow, many for a fraction of what you would pay at the grocery store. Because you receive the meat already frozen, you can simply store it in the freezer and defrost it when you’re ready to cook. To order on the hoof, we require a 50% deposit that is refundable until one month before harvest.

Custom Cuts

If you’re interested in specific cuts of beef, you can purchase in quarter, half, or whole orders. You also have the option to hang the beef for up to 21 days, since pricing is based on the hanging weight before packaging. With this option, you have the ability to choose the thickness, weight, and amount of beef per package. If you live 30 or more miles away from our location in Evans, Colorado, pick-up or customer-paid shipping is required. We request that beef is picked up when available, otherwise we charge $20/day for storage.
